What's Christmas without a turkey on the table? This is my first EVER turkey. My cousin told me the secret to a moist turkey is bacon so I decided to give it a try. I'm a true believer now!! Slow cooking and bacon is definitely the way to go.Anyway, wishing everyone in foodie world a very merry Christmas and a happy, happy new year!!! Eat well and drink lots for the new year.

If I could get away with it, I would do the same, but hubby is not a bacon fan, but I sneak it in when I can!
